3 rounds-

10 dumbbell RDL’s

10 dumbbell squats

10 dumbbell deadlifts

    Thank you for showing me proper RDL form. I always went all the way to the floor with them and asked myself why would we lift with the back. figured it was an accident waiting to happen. now I know I was doing it so wrong. Thank you
