Barbell Rows – Two Arms, Neutral Grip

Place barbell on floor with one end secured in a corner/ against a wall/ etc and weights on the other end. Wrap a towel near the end with the weights and stand over it with the towel in each hand and your palms turned inward toward each other. Pull the towel and the bar toward your chest then lower back down until your arms are straight.
