Lie on your back on the floor or on a bench. Inside of wrists facing ceiling and elbows up. Lower wrists and barbell toward forehead/ overhead then extend elbow so your arm is straight and the barbell goes toward the ceiling, then lower back down.

Barbell Skull Crushers are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a way to increase tricep strength and ton your arms, or get rid of “bat wings.”
