Burpee push ups

Start standing and jump both feet back to high plank/ push up position, perform one push up, then bring your feet back in and jump up.

Burpee push ups are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a great way to increase explosiveness and boost your heart rate as well as increase your chest strength.
