Burpees

Start standing, place your hands on the ground and jump your feet back to a high plank position. Then jump your legs back in and jump up. That is one rep.

Burpees¬†are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a great way to increase explosiveness and boost your heart rate.
