Chinese Plank

For this you will need two boxes or benches set up close to one another. You will need to rest your shoulders and chest on one box and the tops of your feet on other. Your toes will be pointed, your quads flexed and your abs fully engaged so you butt doesn’t sink down at all and you are in a hollow position. Keep your arms pulled back so your shoulders are also in extension.

Chinese Planks are are part of Kyra Williams’ online personal fitness plan as they are great for increasing total body strength, especially core strength.
