Flutter Kicks

Lie on the ground with your legs slightly elevated and straight. Kick them up and down, alternating. The closer they both are to the floor, the harder. You can also elevate your shoulders off the ground to make this harder.

Flutter kicks¬†are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a great way to increase core strength.
