Gluten free, vegetarian, grain free, paleo, primal, dairy and lactose free.


Green Eggs & Abs are one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, could be made anytime in the day but it’s best not based around your workout. Take out the avocado, add in some kind of starchy carb or fruit and then it would be good for after a workout, but you don’t want all the fat slowing down digestion.


2 whole eggs
1/4 cup whites
2/3 cup chopped baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms of choice
1/2 avocado


Mix eggs and veggies and scramble.  Slice avocado as desired and eat together.
