I found Kyra two years ago around January 2015 when I began doing the Bikini Body Workout Plan. I really loved the workouts, but they were too time consuming for me. I started hunting around and did the monthly workouts for a while, and loved them (and for $7 a month, they can’t be beat.) Then I did the Lean Body Workout plan in Fall of 2016, and loved it, but my nutrition was all over the place.

 

I decided #Commit2Fit would be my Christmas gift to myself at the start of 2017, and it has helped immensely with nutrition, and staying motivated, and I absolutely loved the camaraderie of the #Commit2Fit group, so I signed up for my second leg of #Commit2Fit and I have seen continued progress not only in my body, but the mental aspect of it as well. If I don’t work out, I don’t feel happy. I crave the workouts, and I know that if I eat healthy clean food my body and brain feel and function better.

 

I absolutely love the #Commit2Fit experience, love the one on one aspect of it and the fact Kyra tells it like it is, which keeps me striving to do better on my nutrition, meal planning, and workouts. I love lifting weights, so I LOVE that aspect of #Commit2Fit, and I love HIIT because it’s not the same thing day after day, and it keeps me from getting bored with workouts, which has happened in the past with other trainer’s programming.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Physically, I’m stronger than I ever thought I could be. I thought I would forever be bench pressing x amount of pounds, but I’ve pushed past that, and can see the changes in my body thanks to pushing myself harder and further than I thought possible. Mentally, working out keeps me sane. If I’ve had a bad day I can go to the gym and it dissolves. I feel like with the second round I’ve seen the biggest progress in my mindset, and my nutrition.

 

I work a full time job, and have two hours’ worth of commute every day, along with a very busy lifestyle with my husband, but I manage to fit my workouts in, and eat fairly healthy. I love that the HIIT workouts are fast, but hard. I absolutely love strength training and the way it’s changed my body. My weight has stayed about the same, but my body has changed quite a bit while following Kyra’s workouts and the #Commit2Fit program.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The greatest benefit is the one on one factor of #Commit2Fit, has helped me get on the right path with my nutrition. Also, being able to put the workouts on my google calendar and receiving modifications as needed is AMAZING.

 

I would recommend #Commit2Fit because being able to have the line of communication with Kyra about fitness and nutrition is a game changer. She keeps it real, which I love. The camaraderie of the group is also so amazing. I can’t say enough about how much I love Kyra, her workouts, her mindset towards nutrition and healthy living, and the whole #Commit2Fit experience.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lastly, my advice to any newcomers is to take it one day at a time, and try to find balance. Going all out in one direction or another is almost a recipe for disaster, and you can find balance and be healthy and fit, but still enjoy life.

 

Fitness and health is a journey, and you are going to have good times and bad. The great thing about working with Kyra is that you have someone who has helped people through all phases of life, and has a ton of knowledge, so she can impart knowledge on how to deal with what the female body may be going through. Kyra pushes you even if you are having a “Debbie downer” moment about yourself, your goals, or what you have achieved, and she reminds you that life isn’t a sprint, but it’s like a marathon, so if you have good days embrace them, and don’t let the bad days continue to weigh you down.

 

I absolutely still love #Commit2Fit and the group and the camaraderie even though I am coming up on my one year anniversary of doing this program, I’m still learning about nutrition, fitness, health everything. My body may not be exactly where I had goals for it to be at this point, but I think mentally I’ve grown this round, and I know if I stay the course eventually my body will follow my mental shift.
