Jumping Jacks

To perform jumping jacks, start standing with your feet together and your arms by your sides. Jump your legs out wide while also bringing your arms overhead, then jump our feet back together while also bringing your arms back by your sides.

Jumping jacks are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a great way to warm up your total body and increase your heart rate.
