Strengthening your core and stretching your hamstrings can be extremely helpful in your day to day functioning and get you back on your normal daily workout plan. Watch this video and try this during your at home workouts.

 

 

The workout is:
3 rounds-

10 kegels, with a 10 second hold at the end

10 supermans, with a 10 second hold at the end

10 resistance band good mornings

Then 3 minutes of stretching each hamstring
