Kettlebell Farmer Carry

Stand between two kettlebells, squat down with your chest upright, grab the KB’s and stand, pressing through your heels and keeping your chest upright. Walk forward as steady as possible, keeping your core extra tight. You can do these with one or two kettlebells.
