Kettlebell L-Sit

Place two kettlebells next to each other on the ground so that the handles are parallel. Squat down between the KB’s and place your hands firmly on the handles then support yourself with locked out arms and straighten one or both legs out in front of you so your feet are no longer touching the ground.
