Kneeling to Squat

Hold a medball or one dumbbell overhead while sitting up on your knees. Come onto your feet but stay as low as you can, in a squat position, then go back to sitting up on your knees.

Kneeling to squats can definitely show you how little body control, core strength and lack of mobility you have. Try these, then roll out where you feel tight and try again. Kneeling to squat are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are also good for building total body strength.
