Low Plank Side Hip Dips


Low Plank Side Hip Dips are performed on your forearms and toes/ balls of feet. Set up with your shoulders directly over your elbows and your body all in one straight line so your butt is not sinking or sticking up in the air.


Lower your hips to touch the floor to the right, then push them over to touch the floor on the left. That is one rep.


Low Plank Side Hip Dips are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they increase core strength as well as upper back and shoulder strength.
