Medball Jacks



Hold a medball in both hands standing. Jump your feet out wide, squat down, with your chest upright, but tap the medball on the floor. Jump your legs back in and the medball straight overhead. That is one rep. Even if you do not have a medball you can still do these with a dumbbell or kettlebell.


Medball jacks¬†are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are great for strengthening your entire body but I really like to use them for cardio.
