Medball Mountain Climbers & X-Climbers


Place your hands on a medball so your wrists, elbows and shoulders are all in one line. You should be on your toes and balls of feet with your body in a plank position, all in one straight line.


For mountain climbers bring your knees toward your chest, alternating quickly. For x-climbers you will do the same, but your knee will go toward your opposite elbow.


Medball Mountain Climbers & X-Climbers¬†are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are excellent for building shoulder strength as well as stability and core and upper back strength.
