Medball Slams




Start standing with a medball in your hands. Get a jumping start to really throw the medball on the floor as hard as you can. As the medball comes up catch the ball and go again. You can do these on both feet or one foot at a time.


Medball slams¬†are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they increase explosivity and improve your cardiovascular health.
