Medball Toe Taps

 

Stand in front of a medball and tap with one foot, then with the other, hopping from foot to foot. You can do these with any kind of ball preferably because you want to be controlled so the ball doesn’t roll.

 

Medball Toe Taps are great to increase cardiovascular health and accuracy.
