Medball Toe Touches

 

Lie on back and hold medball in hands straight away from your body. Hold your legs straight up in the air, flexing your feet. The raise your shoulders and upper back off the ground to touch the ball to your toes. You can do these without a medball or something else if you don’t have a medball.

 

Medball Toe Touches increase your abdominal strength.
