Microwave Omelet

Clean eating, vegetarian, paleo, primal, gluten free, grain free, low carb.

 

Put microwave omelet, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, in tupperware and eat on the fly! Perfect for dorm room living.

 

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1 T chopped onion
1 T FF Feta
Black pepper to taste

 

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Microwave until eggs are fully cooked, about 3 minutes.

Carbs – 3g
Fat – 1g
Protein – 25g
