No-Carb Pancakes (Almost!)

 

 

These no-carb pancakes, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes,  are a perfect recipe for something low carb but sweet.

 

Gluten free, grain free, low carb, vegetarian

 

Ingredients:

1 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla About Time protein powder
1/2 cup chopped spinach leaves
1 – 2 T sugar free caramel syrup
Cinnamon to taste

 

Directions:
Mix all but syrup in a bowl.  Turn heat up on frying pan.  Pour onto pan until one side cook, then flip and cook until cooked through.

Cals – 160
Carbs – 3g
Fat – 2g
Protein – 41g
