I signed up because I really enjoyed losing the fat doing another one of Kyra’s other programs and wanted to gain strength and muscle through the Lean Body Workout Program.

 

I enjoyed the workouts, there were a lot of exercises I knew which made doing the workouts easier. I was enjoyable and I could feel myself get stronger each day.

 

People have noticed my strength, confidence and muscle definition. Especially my back, shoulders and butt.

I felt good, it was a nice release from this past semester of nursing school.  I feel more confident and stronger. Doing it with other people was nice way to “compete” and to see that others are feeling the same as you, or it makes you push yourself harder when you see people slacking or w/e. I am a very competitive person and the group made me compete not only against myself but others in a way.

 

The Lean Body Workout Program is a good strength training program that allows you to push yourself, and gives you results even if you are not using heavy weight. Great program.
