Overhead Tricep Extension
Make a triangle with your two hands where your index fingers touch and thumbs touch – that is how you are going to hold your dumbbell. Hold one dumbbell in both hands in that triangle and lift the dumbbell behind your head.
Begin with your elbows bent so the dumbbell is close to the back of your head/ neck then press it overhead so your arms are straight, then lower.
Overhead tricep extensions will strengthen your triceps, shoulders and upper back. These also assist in increasing your bench press and overhead press.
