Plyo Lunges

Plyo lunges are jumping lunges. Start with your right leg forward in a lunge and your left knee touching the ground. Jump up and in mid-air switch your legs so your left leg is forward and your right knee is just touching the ground.

Plyo lunges¬†are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they increase your explosiveness, are a great way to get your heart rate up for cardio and increase your leg and glute strength.
