Plyo Plie Squats

Your feet are going to be wider than hip distance and your toes can point out/ forward to the degree you feel comfortable with. Squat down, keeping your chest up, then explode up in an upward jumping motion, then land and go back into your wide leg squat. Squeeze your butt on the way up.

Plyo plie squats are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they will increase your explosiveness, increase your heart rate so they are good for cardio and they will increase your glute and leg strength.
