Resistance Band Curl and Overhead Press

Stand on center of resistance band with handles in hands. Begin with elbows extended and arms down by your sides. With palms up, curl your arms so the handles are by your shoulders, then turn your hands so your palms face forward and press overhead, then lower back to where you began.
