Resistance Band Curls

Stand on the center of a resistance band with each handle in one hand. Begin with your arms by your sides and bend at the elbow and curl them so your hands are by your shoulders. You can do these normal, palm up, or hammer style, so your palms are facing each other.

Resistance band curls are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a great way to increase bicep strength.
