Resistance Band Overhead Tricep Extensions

Stand on one end of a resistance band and hold the other end overhead/ behind your head. Allow your hands to go behind your head, then extend up with your elbows locked out overhead. Make sure to keep your core tight and your elbows close in to your temples.
