Resistance Band Rows

Secure the resistance band on something in front of you and walk backward so there is enough resistance. Hold each handle in one hand and begin with your arms extended straight in front of you, then pull backward leading with your elbow until your hands are by your ribs. You can do these alternating, one at a time, or both together. You can also do these palms up or down.

Resistance band rows are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a great way to increase back, arm and shoulder strenght.
