Resistance Band Tricep Pushdowns
Hook a resistance band from above by looping it through as show in the video. With your palms facing each other, start with your hands right around your sternum and press the pinky edge of your hands toward the ground. Once you get to the bottom of the rep you can slightly flare your hands out away from one another.
This will help strengthen your triceps which will carry over to strength in overhead work, bench press, push ups and target the backs of your arms.
