Shadow Boxing

Get into an “athletic stance” so your feet are below your hips and your knees are slightly bent, and your core is engaged. Punch your hands out across your body alternating, one at a time. You can do these with light dumbbells as well.

Shadow boxing is part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as it increases your shoulder strength and is a great way to get your heart rate up.
