Shoulder Press

Begin with dumbbells in your hands resting at your shoulders with palms facing forward then press upward so your arms are fully extended overhead then bring them back down to your shoulders.

Shoulder presses¬†are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they increase your delt strength and stability, and help increase your overhead presses and bench press.
