Single Leg Medball Slams


Standing on one leg, hold a medball in both hands and slam it down on the ground, catch it, bring it overhead and slam it down again. Repeat on each leg.


Single leg medball slams are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they increase ankle, knee and hip stability, overall balance and coordination, shoulder and abdominal strength and increase your cardivascular capacity.
