My favorite thing about training with Kyra was how she would motivate me to stay disciplined, not only in my fitness goals but in life! She really wants each and every one of her clients to be successful, in life, not just fitness. I was so motivated by her and her encouragement when I struggled with doubt. The accountability really made the difference for me to really focus and stay on track.
I have not only changed my body but I’ve also learned to feed my body the proper nutrition. I sleep better and just feel better all around. Kyra has taught me that this is a lifestyle. She has taught me that I can manage my sweet tooth and not feel guilty about it. I want to look and, most importantly, feel good. I have learned to feed and train my body to do amazing things.
