Stability Ball Wipers

Lie on your back holding a stability ball between your two feet with your legs in the air. You may also have your arms out to your sides. From there allow your legs to fall to the right or left so the side of the ball touches the floor then press back up so your legs are in the air again, then do the same on the other side. You want to try to limit the rotation of your body to your legs only so make sure both shoulders stay touching the floor the whole time. If you cannot do that, then decrease how far down you go and do not touch the ball to the floor.
