Step Ups

Stand in front of a chair, step or bench and step up with one leg, then come back down. These may be done all on one side before performing with the other side, or alternating.

Step ups are part of Kyra Williams’ Fitness online training plan because they are great for increasing your glute, quad and hamstring strength. Add these to your personal fitness workout routine.
