Do you have 15 minutes and want to burn a little fat and build a little muscle?

All you need are dumbbells and this workout is for you!

 

The workout is:
3 rounds-

10 squat to overhead press

10 each, high plank alternating leg lift/ glute squeeze

10 each, alternating walking lunges

10 wide leg squats

10 front raises

10 walking planks, alternating each arm
