Tricep Dips

Begin with your back toward something sturdy like a chair or bench with your hands on the edge close to your butt. Begin with your elbows extended then bend them so your butt gets close to the ground, then press back up. Tricep dips are easiest when your feet are close to being under your butt, and harder the further away your feet are from your body, so straight legs is most advanced. However, you can also do these with one foot elevated or even a medball or stability ball under both feet or one foot while the other is elevated.
