V-Ups Diagnol

Start seated and lean back and bring your feet off the floor and balance on your bum. To make it easier you can hold behind your knees otherwise hold your arms out in front of you. Extend your hips so your body is close to parallel with the ground, then bring your knees in toward your chest, but a little off to the left with your chest comes up and goes off a little to the right. Then extend back out but send your knees up to the right and chest toward the left.
