Toshia has been working with me for over a year at this point.  She first began with me by starting my Lean Body Workout program after having completed the Jamie Eason LiveFit Trainer.  She was in a fitness rut and with her goals of getting lean, she decided to give my program a try.

After going through the Lean Body Workout Program, here is what she had to say…

 

I signed up for Kyra’s Lean Body Workout Program to get strong and lean. The workout plans were just what I was looking for. The workout plans were highly effective and they helped me to get stronger. I loved the workout splits and I never got bored.

 

I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. With going through a divorce, I need all the distractions and therapy I can get. I look forward to my workouts now and I have a reputation in my gym as the girl that lifts heavy crap. I do lift heavier than most of the guys.

 

I have been told my waist is smaller and my booty is lifted while my legs are also looking tighter.

I have a lot of confidence now, which is huge at difficult time I am going through. My head is clearer and I take on each workout as seriously as they are written.

 

I have been asked what workout program I am doing and I tell many women on the gym, it is a effective program to get strong and lean to maximize my time in the gym.

 

The women in the Facebook Group are amazing and it is always encouraging to have like minded people working in the same goals!

I really enjoyed being part of #Commit2Fit.  The support by Kyra and the ladies in the circle was amazing!  I looked forward to everyone’s daily inspirational posts on Facebook.

 

While in the #Commit2Fit program I lost fat and was able to lean up.  I have never been this lean and I have found my abs after all these years.  I gave birth to my son 24 years ago and it took me 24 years to see them again!

 

I gained  a lot of confidence and lean muscle. I learned how to eat properly and by manipulating macros, my results changed dramatically. I limited my treats (cheats) and learned it was something to sit down and enjoy every bite so I felt satisfied.

 

I would love to be part of #Commit2Fit again to continue on my journey. I have been going through a difficult time in my life, and #Commit2Fit really helped me to stay on track.  Changing up the workout plans really helped me not to get bored in my workout program as a whole.  I see other people at the gym do the same thing day in and day out and I feel bad for them – they have to be bored!

I tell everyone about the program and I get compliments that I am shrinking.  I have worked out for years and I really thought I was “stuck with what I had”.  I just needed to change up my workout program and clean eating recipes. I ate pretty clean, but I wasn’t eating enough veggies and whoa… not enough carbs!!
