For time, complete 3 rounds of 10 suitcase deadlifts on each side, 10 upright rows on each side, then 10 sumo deadlifts with one db/kb. Complete all 10 of the deadlifts, switch arms, the other 10 and the same on the upright rows. As soon as you are done with three rounds of that, perform 3 rounds of 10 single arm front squats, again, 10 on one side, then 10 on the other. 10 single arm push press on each and 10 RDL’s with the one DB/KB. You can use the same weight across the board or increase weight on the lower body movements if you wish. The idea is to get into a good pace and just keep moving.
