Resolutions.. smesolutions… Who makes them anymore these days anyway?
I’m totally kidding! I have nothing against new year resolutions.. goals for the upcoming year.. bucket lists.. I think they are great!
Honestly, the end of the year and beginning of the new year is such a great time for taking a deep look at our accomplishments and short comings. If we don’t how else will we achieve the things we want in life?
Reflection is such a useful tool.
What did you do in the last year that makes you proud?
What did you not do in the last year that you wish you had?
These are important questions to ponder as we prepare resolutions for the upcoming year.
What do you want to begin, do more of or improve upon?
What do you want to do less of or remove entirely?
It’s honestly an exciting time of the year because can put an end date to something and there is a feeling of starting fresh or having a new beginning.
It’s the time of the year for optimism and hope, which is the perfect time to tackle the health and fitness goals you’ve been wanting. You’re not yet beaten or broken, and there’s a sense of belief.
So you wanna know what I say? TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT.
Set the goals. Hire the coach. Get to work.
But leave the details to me. I can figure that part out for you. Just because you haven’t achieved something yet doesn’t mean you can’t. It just means you haven’t done it the right way yet, and that’s what I am here for.
So let’s work together! My 12 week 1:1 program begins January 3rd. I’m looking for 30 women to be a part of this small community where we will come together and support each other. We will tackle our own goals and follow our own programs based on our individualized needs.
