Kate was overweight the majority of her life. She used food to help her cope with anxiety, discomfort and depression. She was clinically obese, pre-diabetic and she knew she had to do something to change.

Ultimately her struggles lead her to empowerment and the recognition that she had to embody the person she wanted to become in order to achieve her goals. Now Kate uses her own struggles and experiences to help others.
