I want to preface this before I post my client’s testimonial for you to read.  I “met” Jen a couple of years ago on Sparkpeople.  She’s a remarkably brilliant girl and I was thrilled when she came to me for assistance.  This girl works HARD.  If anyone deserves to have the fittest body, it’s her.  She doesn’t screw around.  I’ve seen real videos of her doing kettle bell swings that could rival that of any Crossfit Games competitor and I’ve seen the girl squat nearly 200#.

 

Over the course of the last 6 months we have been working together (and that is 100% accurate – we work together to find what meal plan(s) and workout routines suit her best) she has lost 10 pounds of straight fat.  You can see how much smaller she has gotten overall and you can see that the girl is STRONG.

I grew up always being involved in organized sports, but always having a healthy appetite for food.
