Our relationship with food can be incredibly tricky. Our life experiences of our entire existences can have an impact on that relationship.

Perhaps you were praised for losing weight.. Maybe you heard from a nutrition “authority” that carbs were bad for fat loss.. All of these experiences, for better or for worse, shape our relationship with food and we have to navigate through those on our own as we approach each and every meal.
