I help women all over the world create bodies and lives they love through online personal training and nutrition coaching. In my experience it’s human nature for us to want results quickly, but that’s not always going to happen.

At first we are motivated and excited to embark on something new, like a new daily workout program or meal plan. But after a couple of weeks the shine wears off and we can’t just rely on the novelty to keep us motivated. The issue here is that we often aren’t quite at a place where we are getting noticeable results yet, which would help us with the dwindling motivation. “Trusting the process,” is admirable but there’s gotta be more we can rely on. 

One thing I have my clients look for are non-scale victories, or NSV’s. There’s endless possibilities but these are my favorite six non-scale victories to keep you on track when motivation wanes.
