My journey began 3 months ago when I found out about Kyra though an email I got from her. I selected the 12 week #Commit2Fit online training program with the goals to build muscle, have more energy and get my hormones back in place.
Prior to online training with Kyra, I was doing other workout routines, it was ok but too much HIIT led me to hormone imbalance and was way too lean.
I followed all her instructions, I asked questions like crazy and I stopped doing so many HIIT workouts and followed exactly what she said.
I feel way better, hormones almost back where they supposed to be, emotionally I feel better too, happier. I also noticed more muscles and I can sleep better too.
I have enjoyed Kyra’s clean eating recipes, workouts, emails, group calls – Pretty much everything!! I like that you can work out at your own schedule and have a trainer helping when ever you need. Group calling, check ins (love it), private emails.. the list goes on and on!! I just love it!!
I love it and I would really like to continue training with Kyra – I want to keep seeing results I would recommend the #Commit2Fit online training program because it’s amazing!
