Bent Over Rows
With your feet at hips distance apart, bend at your knees and hips slightly. You can hold your dumbbells over or underhand and use your scaps, lats and mid-back to pull your dumbbells into your body and lower back to hang.
Bent over rows are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they will increase your lat and lower trap strength and will help increase your bench, overhead press and make pull ups easier.
