DuckWalk

Bend down so your butt is low and chest is upright, in a squat position. Your feet need to be flat on the floor so your legs can be as wide as necessary. Stay low and step forward on foot at a time. You can go forward or backward.

Duckwalk are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are a great way to open up your hips but this also works your glutes, quads and hamstrings.
